Honoring the Colors, The Panther Battalion Color Guard:
The Lecanto High School Color Guard Team is a competitive team, where we present and honor the colors in both local event and competition. While under the drill team, our Color Guard team also does local events, and doesn’t just focus on competitions. We tipically split it with having our Competetion Color Guards, and any cadet can participate in Color Guard.
Some of the Major Events we do are:
- Area and State Drill Competitions
- Local Ceremonies
- Lecanto Sporting Games
- Other General Local Events.
Our Color Guard Team is widely known for being good, winning local and state level competitions. We also have worked with businesses like Wal-Mart to present the colors during the opening of one of their local stores.
